ROCO 10836 Automatic switching

Posted on 2024-11-032026-01-30 by rmolins

Instruction manual can be quite confusing. Here is my simplified circuit installation in a NOCH preformed layout. The manual states that the switch must be connected to have a more robust connection. I have not being able to avoid short circuits following the manual. Making no additional connection to the switch work well.

NOCH preformed layout is too thin for direct mounting. It is necessary to add a baseboard to increase the thickness. This is true even if using cork.

After mounting the switch, the metal stick shall be cut flush to the switch.

It’s important to cut the metal pin quite flushed to the track to avoid wagon conections to trip and derrail.
